    Eating Locally

    For over a month now, ever since I found a short cut to work, I’ve been feeling guilty. Why? Every morning, five days a week, I pass a farm that sells eggs. And I don’t stop. Why? I eat eggs! I can tell the difference between free-range eggs and corporate-farm eggs. (They taste infinitely better and don’t look so anemic. The yolks are often a vibrant yellow.) I want to support local farmers. I am grateful for local farmers! So, why don’t I stop, you may ask? Because I have to drive down a long lane first. Yes, I’m aware that makes me sound like an idiot.
